Omron error codes and their solutions

Omron error codes are various fault phenomena that may occur during the operation of the inverter. They are usually expressed in the form of codes and models. These error codes can help us understand the operating status of the inverter and take appropriate measures to solve the problem. This article will introduce some common Omron error codes and their solutions.

First of all, the UV3G3MV error code indicates low voltage in the main circuit. When the frequency converter stops, the main circuit DC voltage is lower than the low voltage detection value 200V. In this case, we need to check the power supply voltage and whether the main circuit power line is disconnected or the terminal screws are tightened.

Secondly, the OV3G3MV error code indicates main circuit overvoltage. When the frequency converter stops, the main circuit DC voltage exceeds the overvoltage detection value of 410V. We need to check the supply voltage, as well as the communication devices and transmission signals.

Again, the CAL3G3MV error code indicates that the cooling base is overheating. When the frequency converter stops, the inlet air temperature rises. We need to check the inlet air temperature, as well as the communication devices and transmission signals.

In addition, the OP3G3MV error code indicates that the setting value of the multi-function input selection is heavy. 056) OP2: There is a conflict in the size relationship of the V/f parameter setting (parameter n011, 013, 014, 016) OP3: The setting value of the motor rated current exceeds the rated value of the inverter. 150(%) (parameter n036) OP4: The upper and lower limits of the frequency command are opposite in size (parameter n033,034) OP5: There is a contradiction in the relationship between jump frequencies 1, 2, and 3 (parameter n083,084,085) OP9: The load frequency setting is incorrect Correct (parameter n080). We need to check the settings, as well as the communication devices and transmission signals.

Finally, the SER3G3MV error code indicates a sequence anomaly. When the inverter receives the panel/remote communication control circuit terminal switching signal during operation, we need to check the external circuit (sequencer).

The BB3G3MV error code indicates that the external base is locked. When the inverter output is cut off, we need to check the external circuit (sequencer).

The STP3G3MV error code indicates operator stop and emergency stop. When the STOP/RESET key of the operator is pressed during operation or an emergency stop alarm signal is received, the inverter will stop according to the stop method setting (n005). We need to stop the forward and reverse commands of the control circuit terminal and check the external circuit (sequencer).

In short, Omron error codes reflect the possible fault phenomena of the inverter under different circumstances. Understanding these error codes and their solutions can help us better maintain and troubleshoot.
